I am a volunteer and a speaker of 'Software Quality Assurance Days' and 'Analyst Days' conferences, working in IT since 2012 year. I am interested in knowledge sharing in a QA community and between different sub teams such as QA and development teams, QA and analytics and so on. My career way is based on continued self development. And I want to share my ideology with other QA team memberships and I want to help and lead skills development process for juniors QA. I learned the importance of soft skills and I have been leaning ways to improve soft skills to develop myself and to share this knowledge to colleagues. And the last important thought for me: Any new software or business automatization are supposed to help to the users doing their tasks faster and easier. Показать все
