Saglam Dr. Gaye

Head of Quality Assurance Turkey Team of MindSphere IoT Cloud PlatformDr. Gaye Saglam has a strong experience in the fields of industrial automation, software test management and people management. She has 13 years of work experience. Between 2007 and 2013, she was working for the leading research center of Turkey, called TUBITAK, as a Senior Researcher in the field of industrial automation. Since 2013, she has been working as an Expert Test Engineer and QA Group Manager at Siemens R&D Center in Turkey. Her key expertise areas are test management, software test automation, programming for PLC and SCADA industrial automation systems. She is a Control and Automation Engineer and received her Ph.D degree from Istanbul Technical University. She is the owner of PMP®, PSPO™, ISTQB® Test Manager, R&D Project Management certificates. She has a great enthusiasm for novel improvement initiatives and research, is also interested in reading about psychology, human behaviour, personal development, testing, artificial intelligence, data science and leadership topics.
